WELBILT LIVE AT EUROSHOP 2026 IN DÜSSELDORF: INTELLIGENT RETAIL CONCEPTS FOR THE SHOPS OF TOMORROW
Eglfing/Herborn, Germany (28 January 2026) – From 22 to 26 February 2026, the international retail industry will gather at EuroShop 2026 at the Düsseldorf exhibition center. Welbilt, a proud member of the Ali Group, will once again be represented with its own stand and will present innovative kitchen concepts, solutions, and services for the modern retail market across 80 m². In Hall 13, Stand C63, trade visitors will experience a hands-on retail world tailored to the requirements of supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, bakeries, and snack shops.
The focus will be on intelligent kitchen technologies that combine efficiency, quality assurance, and profitability in day-to-day operations. Welbilt will showcase solutions that simplify processes, relieve staff, and at the same time open up new culinary possibilities in the retail sector—from fresh preparation and automated cooking processes to fast snack concepts.

Live cooking shows and the FitKitchen concept
A central highlight at the Welbilt stand will be the continuous live cooking shows. Live demonstrations will show how intelligent equipment can be used to prepare fresh food efficiently, consistently, and economically—even in high-traffic retail environments.
