As March unfolds, the culinary world turns its eyes to INTERNORGA, the stage for the latest and greatest in gastronomy concepts and professional kitchen equipment. This year, from 8-12 March, Welbilt is set to captivate attendees with its groundbreaking products and solutions, all aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in the kitchen. Located in Hall B7 Stand 212, Welbilt's showcase is a must-visit for industry professionals.
Welbilt, a renowned member of the Ali Group, is no stranger to leading the charge in professional kitchen innovation. This year, they're taking it a step further by introducing their new brands, Crystal Tips and WMAXX, to the German market for the very first time. Alongside these new arrivals, Welbilt will also unveil the latest offerings from its established brands such as Merrychef, Convotherm, Delfield, and Frymaster. Hans-Werner Schmidt, Managing Director of Welbilt Germany, expresses excitement about providing tailored solutions across all segments to pave the way for a profitable future.

What's New at the Welbilt Booth?
Convotherm presents its maxx pro combi oven family, which meets the highest standards in design, manufacturing, operation, reliability, and service. Innovative technology "engineered in Germany" and high user-friendliness define the Convotherm philosophy of IntelligentSimplicity. The maxx pro floor-standing oven is also being showcased at the booth with a new integrated smoker for hot or cold smoking in large quantities. In addition, the team will demonstrate how the maxx pro family benefits from an improved Steam Management System, which reduces water consumption during cooking by an average of up to 45%.
Also included is the maxx pro ConvoSense, the world's leading AI-controlled combi oven. The Artificial Intelligence enables automated cooking without manual program inputs. The result: significant time and energy savings, as each product is automatically cooked using the optimal program. "The maxx pro ConvoSense is already in use in more than 1,600 units, making Convotherm the market leader in the field of visual and automatic cooking," says Arndt Manter, Director of Product Management at Convotherm.

The Merrychef conneX® high-speed ovens are particularly suitable for HORECA, shop, and branch gastronomy. With up to 80% faster cooking times compared to other methods, they represent the new generation of hybrid high-speed ovens and are an essential part of the Gastro Concept 4.0, the "Cook, Chill & Finish." Introduced for the first time in Germany at INTERNORGA is the conneX®12e, the ideal high-speed oven for mini-meals and snacks, with no waiting time.
The "Cook, Chill & Finish" process is an intelligent gastronomy concept that Welbilt extensively presents at INTERNORGA. It ensures maximum profitability and efficiency. The equipment trio consists of Convotherm combi ovens for pre-cooking at gourmet quality, Delfield blast chillers for HACCP-compliant preservation, and Merrychef high-speed ovens for instant final cooking.
Crystal Tips Ice Maker Variety
For the first time in Germany, the new sustainable ice makers from Crystal Tips are introduced, with purely natural refrigerant. The high-quality stainless steel ice machines are characterized by easy handling thanks to the IceWorld app. In addition, the ice makers have impressive production and storage capacity combined in a compact and functional design. Highest cost-effectiveness through innovative and energy-saving technologies is guaranteed. They are also HACCP-compliant for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining. The Crystal Tips ice maker family consists of different devices for various types of ice such as cone ice, hollow cone ice, cube ice, flake ice, nugget ice, and shard ice.

In addition to these exciting innovations, Welbilt's booth will feature a broad range of other professional kitchen solutions, including new dishwashers from WMAXX, rapid chillers and blast freezers from Delfield, and reliable quick-service equipment from Frymaster, Garland, and Merco.
Welbilt's presentation at INTERNORGA 2024 is a testament to its ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in the professional kitchen sector. For those keen to explore the future of gastronomy equipment, Welbilt's booth in Hall B7 Stand 212 is the place to be.
