The new maxx pro

Launched virtually last October, our new generation of premium ovens will be on view to the public for the first time at the Internorga, Hamburg, from 30 April to 4 May 2022.
 
Visitors will have chance to witness first-hand everything the Convotherm maxx pro family stands for.  The Convotherm maxx pro family consists of the fully flexible Convothem maxx pro with GN standard racks;  the maxx pro BAKE as a specialist combi oven for those focussed more on baking products, as well as the maxx pro ConvoSense - the world’s first fully-automated, artificial intelligence driven combi oven with optical recognition. This means training is minimal and no manual operation is needed.

Come and join Chef Andy as he provides live product demonstrations for the first time at Booth 212 in Hall B7 of the Internorga.
