Competence booster for Convotherm trainers

Under the motto "Best service with IntelligentSimplicity", Convotherm trainers from all over the world met for this year's Power Days in Eglfing, Germany. Here they learned all about Convotherm's latest technology for the maxx pro, maxx and mini product families.

Three days, six senior trainers, 24 participants from 13 different countries: The Convotherm Power Days once again offered intensive training for the faces of the brand in all parts of the world. For five years now, these small-group workshops have ensured the best possible learning experience for the now more than 50 authorized top Convotherm trainers worldwide, market leaders in this field.

Train the trainers

Convotherm attaches great importance to competent and professional technical training. In the company's own train-the-trainer program, trainers are educated, prepared, and authorized to conduct technical training worldwide in accordance with Convotherm standards. Among other things, they learn tips and tricks for the trainer, psychology basics, and different learning methods for different types of learners.  In this way Convotherm guarantees the most competent service performance.

Intensive workshop

At the Power Days, workshops also provide an in-depth look at all aspects of Convotherm ovens and allow participants to share their real-world experiences with each other. The spectrum of topics ranges from general technical updates of the past two years to ConvoSense and the correct installation of the Convotherm maxx pro in the gas or electric version, to the new online troubleshooting system on the "Service" page and, of course, the Convotherm USP "IntelligentSimplicity" for fast and uncomplicated service.
