Convotherm Family
Now complete!
With the introduction of the maxx pro floor-standing models, designed for large quantities where “bigger is better”, the Convotherm family of combi ovens is now complete.
The new generation of combi ovens: the maxx pro, maxx and mini families are all multifunctional and energy-saving, offering the right device to meet every need, size and concept, covering all gastronomy segments.
The four Convotherm Function Management Systems: Production, Quality, Climate and Cleaning, are common to all product families, together with the selection of manual or automatic cooking with Press&Go, as well as a common user interface (UI), in line with our philosophy of ‘IntelligentSimplicity’.
The maxx pro floor-standing models are equipped with all the innovative and smart features you are already familiar with from the maxx pro range, but on a bigger scale to give you greater output in a production kitchen. They also include:
- Device status floor lighting
- Shape-optimized & color-coded entry rails
- Optional extra foot for enhanced stability for uneven floors
- Improved condensation collecting tray
- Compatible accessories – no need to buy new
Thanks to different features and functions, each family is particularly suited to specific users and environments. Every gastronomy segment has different kitchen requirements that need to be taken into account. Our new generation of combi ovens are designed to meet very precisely their diverse needs.
